Timmis Farming

Timmis farming is a family-run business that has been around since 1927. We produce arable crops including wheat, barley, oil seed rape and oats, as well as producing broiler chickens - we house almost 250,000 of them! Our most recent enterprise is the haulage side of the business which became operational in 2026, allowing us to take the transport of our chicken feed and grain in-house using our own articulated lorry and blower trailer.

We are a company that cares about our employees, with a close-knit team of around 9 hard-working staff as well as seasonal workers to help during harvest. We are also committed to helping the environment in which we farm become a better place.
